New Villanitas is a community built in the late 1970's, with 205 homes. It is bounded by Valleda Lane on the north, Jolina Way on the west, Wandering Road and Recluse Lane on the east, and Mountain Vista on the south. We are served by some of the best public schools in California, including Flora Vista Elementary School, Diegueño Middle School, La Costa Canyon High School, Sunset High School and San Dieguito Academy High School .

On Wandering Road, we have a beautiful, well maintained park with a swimming pool, children's play area, tennis courts, and plenty of open areas for sports activities and picnics (see photo page).
