We are pleased to announce that on March 15, 2025, Villanitas HOA implemented the YourCourt Reservation System for the tennis and pickleball courts. This system will provide a convenient and efficient way for residents to reserve court time online.
To set up your account, please visit www.YourCourts.com and follow these steps:
- Click on the green Register.
- Enter the club’s name: Villanitas Homeowners Association.
- Follow the prompts to complete your registration.
Please note: Only one (1) registered user per home is allowed in the system.
Important Notice for Owners Who Rent Their Homes
As outlined in Section 5.2.2 of the CC&Rs, if you have leased or rented your property, you are deemed to have delegated your rights to use and enjoy the common area, including the tennis and pickleball courts, to your tenant. While your tenant has the right to use the common area, owners who have delegated these rights are not entitled to use the courts while the delegation remains effective. The tenant’s use remains subject to all HOA rules and regulations.
If you have rented your home, please ensure your tenant receives this notice so they are aware of the new reservation system.
