VHOA Architectural Control Standards – Request for Change Form

Villanitas HOA Members must receive Board approval before beginning any architectural or landscaping changes. The Architectural or Landscaping Change Request process, also known as an Architectural Review or ARC, is the formal procedure for homeowners to submit plans for exterior modifications and receive approval from the Board. Members must submit their completed form to Guardian Association Management by the 1st of each month to have them considered at that month’s regular Board meeting. An application submitted after the first of the month could be added to the queue for the following month’s meeting, resulting in a minimum delay of one month in the application process.

VHOA Permit for Using Recreational Area

The Villanitas HOA recreation area (upper park area/lower park area) have been designed for the enjoyment and use of the VHOA members. The common area park is reservable by any member who would like to host an event with more than 20 guests. The reservation request must be for a private function and have no charges or contributions required for attending. Members must submit their completed VHOA Permit for Using Recreational Area form to Guardian Association Management a minimum of fifteen (15) business days prior to the desired date of use. Reservations are processed on a first come first serve basis.
